Keep in touch with family and friends

Meet up as often as you can as being with others can really make you feel better. Do things together that you all enjoy.

Keep in touch with old friends, even if you don’t live near each other anymore. Phone them. Email them or text them. If it is hard to do this get help to keep in contact with them.
