Sleep well

‘At least eight hours sleep per night is enough to recharge your batteries.’

If you don’t get enough sleep, you won’t have much energy and you are more likely to feel down. Make sure you get plenty of sleep – around eight hours per night is enough to recharge your batteries and be full of energy when you start a new day!

If you find it hard to get to sleep try a relaxing bath or a milky drink just before you go to bed. Avoid playing computer games or being on the Playstation just before going to bed as they can make you feel awake.
