‘Tell your parents where you are going.’

If you go out alone to meet friends or go to clubs make sure to tell your parents where you are going and what time you will be back.

If you have a mobile phone ring your friends or family if you are running late as they will worry if they don’t know why you have not turned up. Be careful when crossing roads – make sure the green man is on if using a pedestrian crossing.
