Eat well

‘Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables.’
A balanced diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables is good for the mind and the body. Don’t skip meals!
Remember to drink enough water too. On the other hand, if you eat too much of the wrong foods such as sweets, crisps, fizzy drinks and cakes, they can make you feel tired and moody. Unhealthy foods can have a negative impact on your physical and mental health.
