Keeping fit is very good for your physical health but also for your mental health. There’s bound to be a sport for you out there. How about dancing, swimming, football, athletics, walking or yoga?

Exercise can make you feel happy and give you confidence. It can also help with your social life too – you can make new friends or simply have a great time with the friends you have already.
