Let it all out

Sometimes you might not want to talk to someone about how you feel. Some people like to be on their own instead. But there are still lots of ways to let your feelings out.

You could draw a picture or make a tape of your favourite music, you could sing or shout. You could punch a cushion or a pillow. Find a way that works for you (but don’t do anything that might hurt yourself or other people).
